Key Responsibilities

Produce and manage subcontract documentation, including negotiation of terms, prices, and programmes. Oversee subcontractor works, including interim assessments, change management, and commercial notices. Manage change and compensation events in line with the contract. Prepare and agree monthly applications to the client, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Collaborate with site teams to maintain accurate records and provide detailed monthly reports, cost forecasts, and CVRs. Produce and maintain detailed cost plans, including tracking subcontractor liabilities. Attend client and subcontractor meetings to review progress and address risks. Contribute to a safe, ethical, and efficient working environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a proven track record in Quantity Surveying, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll need: Strong commercial acumen and a detailed understanding of NEC contracts. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high-quality work.

Long-term freelance contract - 6m rolling. Hybrid Working Arrangements:

3-4 days per week on site.
