I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Nottingham to work within the commercial team of a Social Housing contractor, based out of their East Midlands office. The role of Quantity Surveyor:

To guide the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved. To provide an effective interface with the clients, Partnering management, consultants, and suppliers. To validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money is achieved. To collate, submit, and agree applications/payment with the client. To ensure that cost information is collated monthly, and the necessary risk and opportunity are accounted for. To ensure that the contract is properly informed as to the commercial and financial position so it can best make business decisions. What you will get in return for working as a Quantity Surveyor:
