Quantity Surveyor required in Bromley
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established drylining contractor based in Bromley. This particular client specializes in drylining and ceiling projects across the Commercial, Residential, and Educational sectors plus more.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Report to the Senior Surveyor/Commercial Manager Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality, and time Manage the costs of the project, budgeting, and cash flows Carry out measurement for valuations Analyse progress and reporting Identify opportunities and risks Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings Prepare summary reports for the client and other stakeholders The Quantity Surveyor must have/be: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field Experience in Drylining or any other related sector At least 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decisions and reporting Proven track record of delivering construction projects Excellent communication and oral skills Stable employment history High-performing individual Versatile Excellent time-keeping skills If you are interested in the Quantity Surveyor role, then please get in touch.
