Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for several new build and refurb roofing & cladding projects. Your primary focus will be to maintain and improve financial control of projects from cradle to grave. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maximize the commercial performance and project deliverables on every project. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, and a variety of backgrounds will be considered. This role would suit a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills and progress their career within an ambitious business. Managing several new build and refurb projects simultaneously Maintain financial control of projects from start to finish, including monthly job costing review and final accounts agreements Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers Office-based near Aylesbury, with some site travel when required The Person:
