My client is a well-established Civil Engineering firm delivering infrastructure projects within the highways and rail sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Lancashire. Reporting to the senior commercial team, you will manage procurement, commercial, and contractual aspects of diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
Procuring and managing sub-contractor contracts. Submitting external applications for payment and managing compensation events. Overseeing budgets, CVRs, and P&L reporting. Managing final accounts for clients and subcontractors. About You:
A relevant qualification (BSc, NVQ, or MSc) and CSCS card are essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with exceptional commercial acumen. Expertise in NEC contracts, construction techniques, and value engineering. Proficient in IT, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Willingness to travel to sites when required.
