We are seeking a skilled

Quantity Surveyor

to join our team in Portadown, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost estimates for projects. Monitor project progress and manage budgets. Conduct risk assessments and provide advice on contractual claims. Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
