Quantity Surveyor The Role Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial division, managing and supporting Small Work Commercial projects up to £250/300k. The role will require visits to sites for pricing, and will likely be a 2/3 split of office and site, with sites located across the South East. Some of the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements Maintaining and building relationships with clients Producing monthly variations About You Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated close to Bromley with good transport links. Ideally, you will have 5+ years post-qualification experience across the above-named sectors. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying, and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
