Quantity Surveyor The Role Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division, managing and supporting Groundworks and/or Civil Engineering projects across the South East. You will be supporting or managing up to 5 jobs at any one time, all of which are ongoing 12+ months. Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to: Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements Maintaining and building relationships with clients Produce monthly variations About You You MUST have Groundworks or Civil Engineering experience, anything but this and you will not be reviewed for the position. Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Surrey or surrounding counties. Ideally you will have 5+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
