Access has partnered up with a practice of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Building Consultants, who are looking to expand their commercial team due to growth in their operations between their offices in Milton Keynes and Romford. Our client is a family run business who opened their doors in 1982 and in that time, our client is currently undertaking a recruitment drive, particularly in their Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying teams in London due to an increase in demand for their services for their projects working within both the private and public sectors.
The successful candidate will be a competent Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager who is able to work to high standards with little direction and supervision. The candidate will become a key person in a growing office that will be at the forefront of their expansion.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Full clean UK Drivers License
Right To Live & Work in the UK
4 – 8 Years Quantity Surveying Experience
Chartered or working towards RICS
Advanced or Intermediate Skills with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel & Outlook
Proficiency at using CAD Measure & CATO measuring and cost estimating software
Thorough understanding and experience of using JCT DB, JCT IC forms of contract
Salary : £70,000 to £80,000 Per Annum
