Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer
Up to £45k DOE plus company package

About the Role: Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the more senior surveyors in the business with the following:
Site appraisal / land valuation Prepare tender packs for subcontract & materials Preparation of site budgets including take offs Subcontract & materials quotes comparison Issue of subcontract & materials orders Issue of variation orders for subcontract, materials & plant Payments & final accounts Collation of subcontractor health & safety information General administration / filing
About the benefits / rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £45k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
Requirements: Assistant looking to step up Ideally worked for a Residential Developer within recent years Must have residential build experience Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty Degree preferred
