Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor - Highways Maintenance Location: Liverpool Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in highways maintenance and a solid understanding of term service contracts? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a dynamic team delivering essential infrastructure projects across Liverpool.

The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of highways maintenance projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain high standards and achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Evaluate and negotiate contract variations and claims. Ensure compliance with term service contract requirements. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships. Conduct cost analysis and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery.

About You:

Proven experience in highways maintenance projects. Strong knowledge of term service contracts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
