Our client, a growing scaffolding company, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to help take their business to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in construction to play a pivotal role in their expansion. If you're skilled in pricing jobs, finding new work, and managing projects from start to finish, our client would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for scaffolding projects. Conduct take-offs and cost analysis from drawings and specifications. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with site teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Monitor and control project costs, addressing variances where necessary. Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs and maintain quality. Experience:

Proven experience in construction, with a strong understanding of scaffolding projects. Expertise in pricing, cost management, and project delivery. Strong numerical and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., estimating tools, MS Office). Attributes:
