We’re seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to lead our tendering and project delivery functions. Your expertise will guide the cost management of pre-construction and post-contract projects, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to our partners while transforming lives through innovative housing solutions.
Job Role
Drive tendering strategies and cost management, from estimating to subcontract negotiations. Lead procurement processes and manage the supply chain for seamless project execution. Develop and manage commercial reports, client valuations, and risk registers. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Foster continuous improvement within our projects and uphold our commitment to sustainability and community wealth. Experience
3-5 years’ experience in Estimating and Quantity Surveying, ideally with a main contractor. A passion for residential contracting, strong negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
