Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse costings for tenders. Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate cost control. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs. Negotiate contracts and work schedules. Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and any variations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, or similar field. Proven experience as a QS. Knowledge of construction sites and ideally listed buildings. Strong communication skills.
