A well-established Property and Construction company, offering Quantity Surveying and commercial consultancy services across the UK and Europe is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Solihull. They are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and emphasize excellence and professionalism in every project we work on for clients. With offices nationwide, they foster a collaborative environment that values your expertise.

This permanent position blends on-site work with remote flexibility. You will manage costs and ensure value throughout exciting projects. Ideally, you'll have extensive commercial experience, but bright Assistants looking to take the next step are also invited to apply.

As Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

On-site measurements Submitting early warning notices Submitting compensation event notices Pricing compensation events Preparing applications for payment Preparing final accounts Cost value reconciliation (CVR) and financial reporting Subcontract orders, payment, and agreement of accounts Carrying out duties with due skill and care promptly and to the Client's brief Cooperating and communicating with the Client representatives as necessary This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking team with diverse projects!
