One of the UK's leading timber frame suppliers, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Due to continued growth across central Scotland and Northwest England, an experienced QS is required to take on a leading role within the commercial team.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all aspects of quantity surveying across supply and erect contracts, supply-only contracts, and single-site projects.
Preferred experience includes a background in a sub-contractor environment and the ability to lead / guide junior members of the team. Timber frame industry experience is desirable but not essential. A qualification in Quantity Surveying is advantageous but equivalent experience is valued.
