Our client, a leading Rope Access specialist, is seeking an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities will include: Procuring subcontractors through tenders and preparing detailed documentation. Overseeing subcontractor management, including issuing orders, assessing applications, and preparing payment notices. Preparing and presenting monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) for internal meetings. Valuing work instructions and ensuring timely submission of variations and early warnings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reconciliations. About You: We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is eager to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying. Experience in the rail or civil engineering sectors (preferred but not essential). A full driving licence. The ability to commute to Swindon or Cardiff. A proactive, solution-focused attitude and a desire to grow within the role.
