Role Description
The Resolute Group are working with a national infrastructure contractor who has secured two additional long term framework contracts to assist the expansion of the commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial process from administration to the management of the infrastructure contracts. Day to day duties will vary but could include: Carrying out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans, and tenders for a range of clients including sub-contractors, developers, and private clients. Estimating all project lifecycle stages: concept, study, and detailed design. Preparing comprehensive bids and tender submissions within the required deadlines. Conducting ongoing market research on current costs of materials, rates, and trends within the industry and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers. Qualifications / Experience
Construction or Engineering degree/certificate or equivalent. Minimum 2 years Quantity Surveying experience. Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen. Civil engineering or infrastructure background (Essential). Full UK driving licence. PLEASE NOTE:
