• Preparing cost plans, budgets, contracts and bills of quantities.
• Carrying out on-site measurements and reviewing drawings.
• Managing ongoing cost analysis, including maintenance.
• Preparing estimates and conducting feasibility studies.
• Evaluating subcontractor quotations and managing procurement processes.
• Preparing and agreeing variations, interim valuations and final accounts.
