Quantity Surveyor Your new company Join a growing construction company based in Nottingham. They specialise in general construction work with a focus on civil work and groundwork. Their projects include RC frames, basements, earthworks, roads and sewage primarily around the East Midlands. They work with Tier 1 contractors and are looking to expand the team. Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes cost estimation, contract administration, liaising with subcontractors, and supporting project management. You will work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil and groundwork. Experience with RC frames, earthworks, foundations, sewage, and roads. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. What you'll get in return Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
