Vickerstock are pleased to be working with a fit-out contractor on the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor.


Your new company

Our client is a Northern Irish contractor, specialising in fitout for projects across the UK, due to continued growth they are keen to add a new Quantity Surveyor to the team.


Your role as a Quantity Surveyor

Perform take-offs

Produce bill of quantities

Manage the appointment of sub-contractors

Submit weekly financial reports

Monthly CVR reporting

Manage commercials for multiple projects

Up to £60,000 base salary DOE

What you'll need to be successful as a Quantity Surveyor

Previous Quantity Surveying experience - 3+ years

Fitout experience is desirable

Ability to manage medium to large scale projects in a commercial capacity
