Quantity Surveyor

overseeing our established Richmond and Wandsworth contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join FM Conway, as we are a staple of the UK’s road network, providing London with a high-quality service to ensure our roads and public spaces run smoothly and safely. Working on high profile projects, you will play an integral part in our commercial team, empowering decisions and advising accordingly. This is a permanent full-time position based from our Richmond depot. The duties of the Quantity Surveyor role will include:

Undertaking cost value analysis through all aspects of the works including planned and reactive. Performing risk, value management and cost control activities for the benefit of the contract. Providing cost estimates in line with the drawings in a task order or project. Maintaining an awareness of different contracts and ensuring all current legislation and document control is adhered to. Ensuring monthly CVR deadlines are met and presenting the outcomes to senior management. What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for an influential and customer-focused

Quantity Surveyor

with previous experience working in the highway maintenance or construction industry. Strong knowledge of NEC3 term service contracts is key, as well as being able to meet monthly deadlines for CVR reporting. You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders. This role will involve travel to other company locations; therefore, you must be able to drive, possess a full UK driving licence and own your own vehicle. What benefits will you receive?
