An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a main contractor on a £60M industrial project in Twickenham.
I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of being site-based as well as remote working. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and receive full support from a Commercial Manager and Construction Director.
Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and has regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit-out, and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of providing support with a main contractor.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:
Industrial experience
Steel frame experience
Main contracting experience
