The company carries out work across all sectors; however, their reputation is strong in the sectors of Commercial, Leisure, Retail & Industrial warehousing.

Quantity Surveyor
Rate:
£300 - £330/day (DOE)

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contract documents Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc. Undertake cost analysis Arrange payments and value completed works Liaising with clients and running meetings
Knowledge and skills: Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness Strong ground works knowledge
