Facades Quantity Surveyor required in Essex
GVR Solutions are currently representing an existing and well-established client based in Essex who are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Facades team where you will be working on a number of residential, commercial and educational projects.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction. Review project progress and present project data as appropriate. Sub-contract Tendering. Cost Control and reporting. Attend project meetings. Procurement. Final Accounts. Assist with larger projects. The Quantity Surveyor will:
Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree. Have experience in Facades. Surveying experience in the construction industry. Relevant IT Skills. Excellent oral communication and written skills. A good knowledge of Maths. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Confident, articulate and a critical thinker.
