About the Role I'm looking to speak to an experienced Quantity Surveyor who also holds sufficient estimating experience to manage both commercial and estimating responsibilities for civil projects. This dual-focused role will challenge you to apply your expertise across a range of exciting projects as the business continues to expand its footprint in AMP 8.
Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial management on assigned projects, ensuring profitability and compliance. Prepare accurate estimates for tenders and ongoing project work. Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery. Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting activities.
