Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Provide clear financial reports and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations.
