Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to support children and young adults (0-25) with disabilities. This role involves delivering high-quality assessments, interventions, and ongoing care within home, educational, and community settings. Key Responsibilities Caseload Management:
Prioritize and manage occupational therapy referrals effectively. Intervention Delivery:
Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and recommend specialist equipment or adaptations to improve daily living and independence. Partnership Building:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, external agencies, and families to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care. Safety Compliance:
Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Essential Skills & Requirements Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. Experience:
Minimum 2 years post-registration, ideally with experience in community-based care, working with children, and managing complex cases. Skills:
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle complex cases. Commitment to professional development. Flexibility:
