clinics. This role is for an experienced General Radiographer to take on the role of Radiographer In Charge for an

initial 6 month period

to cover parental leave on a

full time basis. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both our patients and referrers. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff under your supervision. It is expected that a Radiographer In Charge at this level will continue in their technical role in conjunction with their administrative role, so requires a thorough understanding of all modalities within the site. This position is offered on a fulltime basis for an initial 6 month period for parental leave cover with work hours being

Your duties will include: Company KPIs specific to the role and for contributing to the site / regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff). The operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical and radiologist) and acting on directives from a State/National level. This role involves administration and clerical management (including IT). This role is responsible for people management at their sites. Escalating staffing requirements with the relevant supporting information to the Operations Manager. Recruiting and selecting staff in accordance with the relevant company procedures. Identifying, arranging, or conducting training requirements for the site and individuals. Monitoring and managing staff performance on a formal and informal basis (including probation and performance reviews). Monitoring individual employees in relation to their classification, remuneration, skill level and professional development and advising the Operations Manager of any relevant recommendations. Requirements: Senior CT/ General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities. Previous management experience is advantageous.
