We have vacancies for B5/6 Radiographers looking for a new challenge and would welcome applications from Radiography students who are due to qualify this summer. Harrogate and District Hospital Trust have some excellent opportunities for applicants. We have a bold capital replacement scheme underway; our ED suite has already been remodelled, we have two modern DR rooms. The main department is being re-built, due to open later this year with new equipment, CT suite and MRI suite. As part of the national development of CDCs, we have extended our hours of service at Ripon Community Hospital. Please note, Radiographers require experience in

NHS radiography practice , HCPC registration and associated English qualifications (IELTS). Main duties of the job

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated team players. We are a small district general hospital supporting community services as well as acute workflow. Our core hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday with acute services covered at weekends and overnight with onsite shifts. We are a reasonably small team and therefore Radiographers need to be able to rotate through all areas and be flexible. All Radiographers are expected to take part in these out of hours duties. The department provides Plain film imaging and fluoroscopy services to hospital and community wide clinical areas including trauma, orthopaedic, cardiac catheter lab, theatre and mobile radiography as well as GP referrals. The department also provides a full range of Ultrasound, CT scanning, Nuclear Medicine, MRI scanning and symptomatic Mammography services. Working for our organisation

If you’re looking for an interesting and rewarding career in the NHS, where you can make a real difference to patients’ lives, HDFT could be the place for you! We offer colleagues: A supportive culture so colleagues can bring their whole selves to work. Staff Recognition - as well as regular appraisals, we recognise achievements with our Making a Difference & Team of the Month Awards, along with annual Colleague Recognition Awards. Employee Support and wellbeing – we offer a wide range of staff benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme, counselling service and a fast-track Physiotherapy service. Please note: Due to high levels of interest, posts may close early if we reach a sufficient number of applications. Visa sponsorship is only available for certain roles.
