Mon-Fri occasional Sat Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent GED Current TN X-ray license, must hold a current full AART license Orthopedic office experience and computer experience helpful Knowledge of both CR and DR X-ray equipment Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer and customer service skills; this is a patient facing position Maintain a positive demeanor with patients, peers, supervisors, and physicians, especially when receiving feedback or direction Willingness to be cross trained in applying casts and fitting DME on patients. Responsibilities:
Preforming diagnostic imaging examinations using x-ray equipment Appropriately explain procedures to the patient, and follow physician orders precisely Perform cast and DME placement on patients as requested Must be able to interact with doctors, patients, employees and other ancillary personnel with enthusiasm and professionalism Other tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualified applicants should send their resume and contact information to: Bailee Chapman via email at bchapman@orthosouth.org
