You will be expected to attend face-to-face meetings at Maidstone Hospital and travel to Tunbridge Wells Hospital when required.
Main duties of the job The role is demanding so you must be confident, assertive and have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. You will need good listening and communication skills and be able to deal with people both internally and externally in a sensitive and professional manner. The ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Trust policies is paramount. You will have experience in patient pathway management and will be confident using patient administration systems. Excellent team working, organisational and communication skills are all essential for this post, along with clear experience of resolving problems.

Educated to A-level, or NVQ Level
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A-C
Experience
Experience of using full range of IT systems and patient data systems
Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Experience of scheduling outpatient appointments and/or admissions
Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
Experience of working in a healthcare setting
