I am looking for a Section Supervisor with electrical experience specifically within the railway sector.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure the quality of work aligns with required standards and compliance. Conduct tasks safely following all procedures, method statements, and guidelines. Perform directed inspections and prioritise emerging tasks effectively. Develop work plans, resource specifications, and safety documentation. Support asset renewal proposals and resource allocation. Execute maintenance plans and update systems with accurate records. Monitor staff performance, work quality, and compliance with standards. Assist in managing staff, ensuring competence, discipline, and welfare. Participate in personal and team development. Requirements:

Proven experience leading work sites and ensuring safe, efficient task delivery. Strong knowledge of work planning, asset maintenance, and compliance standards. Familiarity with cost and resource management processes. Ability to promote safe practices and communicate effectively. Skilled in coaching, influencing, and developing team members. Relevant certifications for the role, with NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) preferred. Willingness to drive vehicles as needed. This is an 8 Month initial contract inside IR35, based in the Romford area where you will be required to be on site or in office 5 days a week.
