, where you'll drive innovation by building data-driven store cluster groups, shaping merchandising principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product distribution strategies and optimize store performance. The Role

The Purpose of the Role: Key Responsibilities: “Help kick start the store cluster journey, ensuring we have the right range and space across our retail stores” Build strong relationships with the wider merchandising team, category, marketing, supply chain and store operations + field teams to plan and deliver the first data-driven store cluster groups. Own the development of merchandising principles to support store clustering. While working with senior stakeholders, help shape a new product cluster distribution process across the business, engaging key stakeholders. Use analysis of store space performance, cluster and customer data to inform & support our merchandising and category teams to develop future range & space ‘white space' opportunities. Plan, design and build store cluster displays, supporting cluster trials and ultimately leading to initial rollout. Produce and maintain all initial core and trial cluster planograms from conception to store implementation – Then support integration into BAU while working with the wider merchandising team. Aligned to the key cluster groups activity visits store/ competitor to maintain a good knowledge of both our own stores and what is happening in the wider market. Consider and present areas of store cluster development opportunities to the merchandising senior leadership, to help shape future clusters. Own the delivery across multiple cluster projects at different stages at one time, working closely with the CPM's and wider merchandising team. Support, develop and help drive changes in processes & training documentation to support clustering ways of working. Work closely with both IT development and the wider merchandising team to support new merchandising cluster and automated systems. Closely monitor cluster projects performance KPI's, while working with our finance business partner, providing regular updates to senior merchandising and wider stakeholders. Location:

This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office. The Person

Key Requirements: Space Planning merchandising experience in retail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team. Good analytical and numeric skills with an attention to detail. Analytical, numerate and accurate with good attention to detail. Confident, open-minded and happy to challenge the norm as well as present to peers. Previous experience in a retail head office environment is preferred. A passion to influence & guide change & make a real impact for customers & stores. Technical Capabilities

Strong experience of space planning software. Proven skills in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience of AutoCad/store layout planning software preferable but not essential. What we offer
