Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience
Registered with the HCPC
Detailed knowledge of how older adult mental health problems impact on occupational performance
Specialist knowledge and application of OT assessments and interventions using expert level clinical reasoning
Familiarity with outcome measurement and analysis of outcomes
