Permanent | Full Time What is the Role? As a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including: Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction. You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world-class customer service. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering; 11kV SAP status would also be advantageous but is not a necessity. Demonstrable experience of operating on an LV Distribution network and familiarity with Operational Practice. Ability to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high-performing safety culture within the team. Managerial experience, demonstrating how you lead, develop and do the right thing.
