Permanent | Full Time What is the Role? As a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including: Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction. You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering, 11kV SAP status would also be advantageous but is not a necessity. Demonstrable experience of operating on an LV Distribution network and should be familiar with Operational Practice. It is essential that you are able to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high performing safety culture within the team. Managerial experience, demonstrating how you lead, develop and do the right thing.
