Your role in the team The Rate Change Analyst provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. The job may utilize a variety of systems or channels to complete a range of tasks utilizing standard organizational processes and procedures. This role will prepare management reports to the team and will be seen as a knowledge-based specialist in the processing support field. This role performs bookkeeping, data entry, and verification procedures and is directly responsible for policy services, rating, premium accounting, and operation support. This role will work with existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems and will train less experienced team members when needed. Key Responsibilities

Review business change requirement documentation and make updates to rating systems. Under minimal direction, conduct testing and manual rating to ensure that all system changes meet organization standards and business requirements. Collaborate with other team members and business units to resolve issues quickly. Create and maintain standard process documentation. Investigate and resolve logical errors. The successful candidate must demonstrate competencies in:

Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead conversations and meetings. A self-starter with the ability to take ownership of work assigned, organize, and prioritize that work, ensuring completion to a high quality. Essential Skills
