Permanent, Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical systems for various building services projects. This involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable designs that meet client requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce mechanical designs for building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions. Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project goals and regulatory standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications. Provide technical advice and support during the construction phase to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to deliver innovative solutions. Skills & Experience Required A minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical design within the building services sector. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and sustainable building practices. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
