Develop scientific knowledge in all areas of formulations, including the physical chemistry of surfactants, solvents, and polymers. Use laboratory equipment such as rheometer, FTIR, and microscope. Identify novel components that provide good properties and performance. Develop new products that comply with specifications, satisfying the agreed budget and timescales, and complying with all necessary company procedures. Develop knowledge of test methods. Provide all information required for product launch, including formulation details, manufacturing process, specification, technical performance data, tox, and ecotox data. Act in a professional manner at all times. Maintain effective relationships with personnel from key departments – production, sales, quality, and R&D. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
BSc or higher in Chemistry or a closely related subject. Minimum of 1-2 years post-graduate experience within aqueous formulation development. Knowledge of surfactant, solvent, and polymer systems.
