R&D Scientist – Inorganic Chemicals Our Midlands based client processes and develops a range of metallic-based/inorganic chemicals. They are currently recruiting for an R&D Scientist. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a range of projects encompassing raw material processing, product development, customer support, and product evaluation. This is a hands-on role, with additional duties that will include: Working as part of the technical team to develop new approaches and new mineral-based products for applications and development purposes. Playing an active role in scale-up, technical support, and problem-solving exercises. Accurately documenting procedures relating to laboratory and development activities. Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with quality and H&S standards. Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering, together with previous suitable skills and experience.
