Re-Mortgage Fee Earner / Lawyer required for established high street practice based in Burgess Hill. This is a new role in the property department acting exclusively for two of the firm's lender clients dealing with their residential re-mortgage cases. You will be expected to manage a full caseload of re-mortgage files through to completion, working towards completion targets and providing clients with a fast, efficient, and high-quality service throughout. Responsibilities include: Carrying out title investigations and searches. Conducting identification checks. Obtaining redemption statements for every charge affecting the property. Checking mortgage offers. Progressing cases through to completion. Liaising with clients, borrowers, and mortgage advisers, keeping all parties informed. Candidates must be IT literate and comfortable working to deadlines. Some home/remote working may also be considered.
