Do you love helping people and making a real difference?

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and energetic person to lead a group of Support Workers and provide a short-term Reablement service. This role is perfect for someone who wants to promote independence and support people in their own homes.

What You’ll Do: Manage and inspire a team of Support Workers. Arrange rosters and cover for emergencies and leave. Manage service referrals ensuring high-quality service delivery. Support and develop your team through training and performance reviews. Visit individuals to discuss their goals and how they can be achieved. Continually monitor and improve service effectiveness. Assess and recommend equipment to support daily living activities.

What We’re Looking For: Experience in managing remote-based workers and providing mentoring and coaching. Experience in a health and social care setting. Awareness of the needs of individuals requiring reablement services and how to maximise their independence. Strong organisational and computer skills.
