This pivotal role involves leading the development of innovative frontend solutions, significantly contributing to our dynamic portfolio of projects.
Your Role:
Software Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural and design efforts, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that reflect our Special Ops ethos.
Product Roadmapping Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to develop and implement clear product roadmaps, aligning with strategic goals.
Technical Leadership: Elevate our team's capabilities through knowledge sharing, setting high standards, and establishing best practices.
Frontend Innovation: Harness the power of React to deliver engaging and impactful user experiences, continuously integrating the latest technologies.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers and backend developers to build a solid, maintainable codebase, sharing React insights.
Quality Commitment: Lead testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Client Interaction: Directly engage with clients, transforming their requirements into innovative project deliverables.
Effective Documentation and Mentorship: Maintain clear documentation and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
We're Looking For Someone With:
A minimum of 3 years in frontend development, specializing in React.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and eagerness to adopt new frontend technologies.
Advanced understanding of React, Formik, Redux, Material Design, Tailwind CSS.
Interest in exploring Vue.js, Svelte, or Flutter/Dart is a plus.
