A 30-year-old contractor has grown to become one of the leading names in Pub Refurbishment, Reactive and Planned maintenance in the South of England.
Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a bright, ambitious and committed Project Manager for their Reactive and Planned Maintenance division to join the business on a full-time permanent basis. The role is to work within the Planned and Reactive team to deliver quality Estimates on time to meet the client's expectations.
The ideal Candidate will have some estimating experience or a working knowledge of building maintenance to carry out estimates in the very fast-paced leisure industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Scoping works both with the client and independently Commercial duties - including estimating reactive, planned, follow-on works, variations, and Final Accounts Ensuring all client and in-house health and safety requirements are adhered to as part of estimates Visiting site and reporting back to the team on progress and expected completion dates Generally working within the team and with day-to-day tasks as required
