Reactive Maintenance Electrician Location: London (inside M25) Salary: £38,000 + a 10% bonus (£41,800) for driving van safely, wearing PPE, and completing jobs. Benefits: Van supplied - can be used for personal driving and taken home, Fuel Card, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, and chances to progress within the company!

We are currently seeking a Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join our Electrical Contracting client! The role is based within the M25 of London and comes with a salary up to £38,000 plus a 10% bonus for carrying out the work, bringing your annual take-home to £41,800. The company also offers flexible start and finish times to promote a good work/life balance.

My client has more than 70 Electricians working for them throughout London, and they have been in operation since 2000 with a consistent workload and new contracts with Housing Associations & Retailers (70% domestic & 30% commercial). The client also has their own training academy to help you achieve full qualifications or gain other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

Undertaking electrical and building maintenance works. Understanding electrical systems and identifying/reporting faults. Interpreting electrical/site drawings when necessary. Performing minor installation work. Ensuring safe working procedures in accordance with current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations.

Essential Requirements for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE Reactive maintenance experience 17th or 18th Edition City and Guilds or equivalent certificate Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card

Desirable Requirements for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) AM2 / NVQ Level 3 / Gold Card
