Key Responsibilities:
Scoping works in collaboration with clients and independently. Preparing estimates for reactive, planned follow-on works, variations, and final accounts. Ensuring adherence to all client and in-house health and safety requirements as part of the estimating process. Conducting site visits and providing progress updates, including expected completion dates. Working closely with the team to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements:
Experience in estimating or a strong working knowledge of building maintenance, particularly within the leisure industry. A background in construction or building trades. Proven management experience. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. What's on Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000pa DOE. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
