Our international law firm client is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing Residential team in Southampton.
The firm's Residential team is one of the largest of its kind. They support clients on a range of projects across the Living Sector. They act for PLC; regional; and SME house builders; registered providers of affordable housing; land promoters; and PRS investors & developers in respect of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments.
Successful candidates will join a high-profile team with the best exposure to high-value development work available, which will include conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, advising on rights of pre-emption, collaboration agreements, and development agreements, with a focus on high-value residential development and investment projects.
You'll be joining a growing, busy team where you'll play an integral part in the delivery of some of the UK's most exciting residential developments for premier clients. The work is fast-paced and challenging, but the team is collaborative and enjoys what they do, which makes for a positive working environment.
