Responsibilities

Build connections with sellers and buyers, and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms Understand and assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to offer suitable solutions Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services Maintain an updated list of available properties and provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability Manage and coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions Qualifications

Trustworthy and results-driven with a proven track record in real estate sales Ability to work independently and effectively sell properties Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Strong listening and communication skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Basic computer skills and familiarity with real estate software Benefits
