Real Estate Solicitor (Investment and Development)

A leading international firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded Manchester team working on complex and high-profile investment and development projects. This is an innovative firm with a forward-thinking approach offering excellent training, support, and an overall financial package.
The Real Estate Associate Role: Acting on multi-million pound developments and investment deals throughout the UK. Acting for a wide range of property clients including clients in the retail, housing, logistics, office, and healthcare sectors. Acting for public and private sector developer clients on commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Acting for an impressive client base including major investors (regional and national) on their acquisitions, disposals, and supporting their asset management. Involvement in marketing and business development.
Candidate Requirements: Real Estate Associate with experience from a national/international firm or a large regional firm. 1-4 PQE. Development & Investment experience would be ideal but the firm will consider candidates with broad real estate experience. Good technical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Strong ties to Manchester.
